Report Suspicious Activity
Always call 911 to report a crime in progress.
The Pennsylvania Criminal Intelligence Center (PaCIC) is the primary All-Hazards Fusion Center for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. PaCIC coordinates the intake, processing and dissemination of intelligence and analysis concerning all threats and hazards to the commonwealth.
There are three ways to report suspicious activity to PaCIC.
Regardless of how they are submitted, all tips are reviewed by PaCIC analysts and forwarded to the appropriate local, state, or federal law enforcement agency for investigation when warranted.
Remember the 5 Ws When Reporting
- What is happening?
- Who is doing it?
- Where is it taking place?
- When did you observe it?
- Why is this activity suspicious?
