Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law  This written policy outlines the proper procedures for requesting records from the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) under Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101-67.3104.

For any immigration or citizenship questions, please contact the US Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) or Citizenship and Immigration (DHS). The Pennsylvania Office of Homeland Security does not have jurisdiction over immigration and citizenship issues.
